Washington DC’s Groupon is terrific today!  I haven’t had the opportunity to shop at Soap.com – so, I was thrilled to see the opportunity to “try” it on the cheap.  For those of you who are not familiar with Soap.com, it is  a website that offers everything from shampoo and body lotion to natural and organic vitamins.  What I love even more is that they deliver every $25+ order to your door step, free of charge!  Since shopping with my toddler gets more and more difficult, I’m usually more than willing to pay a few more pennies for the convenience of manufacturer-to-doorstep service!  Make sure to read the fine print on this Groupon – there is a limit of one per household, and you cannot purchase diapers or household items with it.

And, for a limited time, any friends you refer to Soap.com who enter your referral code (they customize one for you when you sign up for an account) at checkout, will receive 20% off their first order (normally it’s 15%), and you receive a bonus as well!  If you would like to use my code, it is CAPITALLY.

Disclosure: If you purchase your first Groupon through my link or use my referral code on Soap.com, I will receive credit.  So, thank you! :)

I went to Bloom last night, and looked up the prices for items with $1.00-$1.99 coupons in the past two months of Sunday newspaper inserts.  I was disappointed to see that prices were extremely high – and, since they are rumors that Harris Teeter will be doubling coupons starting next week, you might want to save some of your coupons!  These prices are based on the Purcellville, VA Bloom and the Washington Post inserts.

Wegmans Produce Coupon!

by sarah on 10/28/2010

I love Wegmans‘ produce – it’s always so fresh and delicious; and, in my opinion, the best quality organic merchandise in the Northern Virginia area.  (Well, at least, that you can find in the store.)  I was thrilled to see that they released a printable $1.00 off a $5.00 produce purchase coupon, that expires on November 13.  You can print it as many times as you want!  And, remember, they are offering an automatic $2 off their large pizzas, when you use your Wegmans card.

If you’re in the Northern Virginia area, keep an eye out for a Wegmans flyer in your mailbox.  We received one that said if we took it to the Pharmacy, they would give us a coupon for a free $6 meal!  (No purchase necessary, but I’m guessing you would need to listen to their sale’s pitch.)

GAP Outlets – B1G1 Coupon

by sarah on 10/28/2010

For those of you with a GAP Outlet near you (we have one in Leesburg!), there is a printable Buy One, Get One coupon, valid Saturday, October 30th.  I love the quality of GAP clothing, but it’s usually too pricey for me to justify the splurge!  So, I was thrilled to see this coupon.

And, if you’re headed to the Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, make sure to sign up for their VIP Club.  You will have access to 44 printable coupons, and a printable coupon for a free VIP coupon booklet.

Thanks to Frugal Friends for posting the GAP coupon!
