I went to Bloom last night, and looked up the prices for items with $1.00-$1.99 coupons in the past two months of Sunday newspaper inserts. I was disappointed to see that prices were extremely high – and, since they are rumors that Harris Teeter will be doubling coupons starting next week, you might want to save some of your coupons!
