This Thursday, September 20th, at 7:15 PM, head to Chick-fil-A Leesburg for their Outdoor Movie Night. They will be passing out samples of their delicious Peach Milkshake, while you and your family enjoy watching James and the Giant Peach! Be sure to bring your chairs and blankets for their family friendly movie under the stars. And, come hungry, they will be offering, “buy one, get one free” on all their desserts!!
And, want some even better news? All Chick-fil-A franchisees in the Washington, D.C. area have started a competition for a “VIP of My Chick-fil-A” election contest, which will culminate with the selection of a “ VIP” for each of the 51 area restaurants on Monday, Nov. 5. Every super fan “VIP,” or grand prize recipient, will win a free, one-day trip to Atlanta with a guest of their choosing to take a Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Chick-fil-A Corporate.
To participate in the contest, guests should submit a written story via Facebook explaining why they should be elected as “VIP” of their local Chick-fil-A restaurant. Stories can be submitted on the Facebook page of any participating Chick-fil-A location in the Washington, D.C. area until Saturday, Oct. 13. Each restaurant will select five “candidates” and post their stories to the restaurant’s Facebook page. From Monday, Oct. 15 through Saturday, Nov. 3, customers and friends can vote for their favorite finalists. Each restaurant will host a party for their five candidates and announce the “VIP of My Chick-fil-A” contest winners on Monday, Nov. 5. The franchisees, VIPs and their guests will fly to Atlanta on Tuesday, Dec. 4, for a one-day tour of the Original Dwarf House — “Home of the Original Chicken Sandwich” — and corporate headquarters.
