Description: Come see Berry D. Licious, the Chief Strawberry at Wegmeyer Farms this weekend. The fields will open Saturday morning at 9:00 for the first picking of the season. The farm will be open until 4 on both Saturday and Sunday as part of the Loudoun Farm Tour with strawberry ice cream sundaes, strawberry slushies and Oakland Green lunches. Strawberries are sold for $3.99 per pound; there is NO admission fee, so you only pay for what you pick.
